2016 was the year of Hygge. A Scandinavian lifestyle that became a phenomenon and spawned millions of books, tweets, articles and Instagram posts. You can read more about it here.

While there was no literal translation of Hygge, it generally meant a cosy lifestyle. But now there's a new Swedish lifestyle kid on the block. Meet Lagom (pronounce la, like far and gom, like Tom.)
